4.5 Reporting and Response System:
- Offer an easily accessible report button for users to flag concerns.
- Investigate and address reported issues within 24 hours.
- Collaborate with law enforcement when illegal activities are detected.
- Immediately suspend accounts that violate child safety policies.
- Remove any inappropriate or harmful content from the platform.
- Report severe violations to relevant authorities.
- Conduct regular policy reviews annually or as needed.
- Gather feedback from users, experts, and stakeholders to enhance effectiveness.
